Todd Moseley holds vast regional market knowledge with over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate specializing in retail tenant representation, project development and retail leasing. He has a commendable and upstanding reputation built on trust and commitment. Prior to the formation of Moseley Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in 1999, Todd held several positions such as Senior Vice President for Shelby-Estus Realty Group and Senior Associate for Wulfe & Co. where he was consistently awarded Top Producer. Todd’s client list includes well known retailers, such as Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, Lovett Dental, Adair Kitchen, Skeeter’s Mesquite Grill and Los Tios Mexican Restaurant.
Bea Naranjo brings 25 years of comprehensive commercial real estate experience to Moseley Commercial Real Estate, Inc. Bea has 16 years of retail property management and leasing experience with companies such as General Growth Properties, Transwestern and Urban Retail. She has expert knowledge of lease administration, retail operations and financial management. Her experience has included responsibilities in several locations across the southwestern region of the United States. Bea served as the Director of Retail Leasing for Planned community Developers/Sugarland Properties, Inc. in 2003 where she was responsible for the leasing of Sugarland Town Square and Kingwood Commons with upscale lifestyle retailers. Following this experience, she joined Moseley Commercial Real Estate, Inc. Bea has negotiated leases with national tenants such as Z Gallery, Ann Taylor, Talbots, Starbucks, Carrabba’s, Jos A. Banks, Pei Wei Asian Diner, Baker Street Pub, Jamba Juice, Children’s Place, James Avery Jewelers, Wells Fargo and others. Bea is a graduate of the University of Texas-Pan Am and her reputation for her work ethic, attention to detail, and team work has been a strong asset for her clients.
Kayla Holley joined Moseley Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in 2011. Since joining Moseley Commercial, Ms. Holley has represented such landlords as Leon Capital Group, Rossmore Enterprises, Virgata Property and Realty Income Corporation.
Ms. Holley attended Texas State University. She has a commitment to service and has been a volunteer of Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and Texas Children’s Hospital for many years. Ms. Holley has been an ICSC member since 2011.
